THE DINO-MITE PRIZE – One Complete, Comprehensive Orthodontic Treatment
$5,000 Value
One winning family will receive one complete, comprehensive orthodontic treatment at Seager Orthodontics for one eligible Zach Elementary student from their family.
The selected student may receive treatment using their choice of:
BRACES or INVISALIGN®
The prize provides comprehensive orthodontic care from the student’s initial evaluation and treatment planning through completion of the prescribed treatment, including final retainers.
The prize includes:
- Comprehensive orthodontic evaluation and diagnosis
- Personalized orthodontic treatment plan
- Winner’s choice of braces or Invisalign®, subject to clinical evaluation and appropriateness for the selected student
- Orthodontic appliances necessary for the prescribed treatment
- Routine orthodontic appointments throughout treatment
- Treatment adjustments and monitoring
- Completion of the comprehensive orthodontic treatment plan
- Final retainers
- Retainer delivery and instructions

Total stated prize value: $5,000
WHO CAN RECEIVE THE PRIZE?
This prize is available to new patients only and is intended for one Zach Elementary student from the family that places the winning bid.
If the winning family has more than one child who attends Zach Elementary, the family may choose which one eligible child will receive the orthodontic treatment.
Only one child may receive treatment under this prize.
The selected child must be a Zach Elementary student and must be a member of the family that placed the winning bid.
CLAIMING YOUR DINO-MITE PRIZE
The winning family must claim the prize and schedule a consultation with Seager Orthodontics by January 1, 2027.
The consultation is required in order to evaluate the selected student’s individual orthodontic needs and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
There is no required treatment start date.
If the selected student is not yet ready for comprehensive orthodontic treatment at the time of the consultation, Seager Orthodontics will honor the prize and treatment may begin when the student is clinically ready, as determined by Dr. Seager.
The timing of treatment will be determined by Dr. Seager based on the selected student’s individual orthodontic needs and clinical readiness.
CLINICAL ELIGIBILITY & TREATMENT
Because orthodontic treatment is healthcare, winning the auction does not guarantee that a particular treatment or treatment approach will be clinically appropriate for the selected student.
The selected student must complete a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation with Seager Orthodontics before treatment begins.
Dr. Seager will determine the appropriate treatment plan and timing of treatment based on the student’s individual orthodontic needs.
The winner may choose between braces and Invisalign®, provided the selected treatment is clinically appropriate for the student’s individual needs.
The prize does not guarantee a particular treatment outcome or treatment duration.
Every smile is different, and treatment recommendations will be based on the individual student’s needs.
CAN THE PRIZE BE GIFTED?
The prize is intended for one eligible child within the winning family.
If the winning family would like to gift or transfer the orthodontic treatment to another child or family, the request must be discussed with and approved by Seager Orthodontics before the prize is transferred or treatment begins.
Any proposed recipient must meet all applicable eligibility and clinical requirements.
PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Because the prize recipient is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide all required consent and complete Seager Orthodontics’ standard patient, treatment, financial, and consent agreements before treatment begins.
The selected student and parent/guardian are expected to follow Seager Orthodontics’ standard:
- Appointment requirements
- Treatment instructions
- Oral hygiene recommendations
- Appliance-care instructions
- Retainer instructions
- Patient policies
Treatment progress and completion depend in part on the student’s cooperation and adherence to these recommendations.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The $5,000 prize applies to one complete comprehensive orthodontic treatment plan for the selected student.
The prize includes the treatment and services described above, including final retainers.
The prize does not include:
- Orthodontic treatment for additional children
- Unrelated dental treatment or dental procedures
- Treatment outside the selected student’s comprehensive orthodontic treatment plan
- Services or appliances outside the scope of the donated treatment
- Replacement of lost or damaged appliances or retainers, except where otherwise covered by Seager Orthodontics’ standard policies
- Additional treatment required outside the original comprehensive treatment plan
Any services outside the scope of the donated comprehensive treatment may be subject to additional fees and will be discussed with the family in advance.
ONE WINNING FAMILY • ONE WINNING STUDENT
There will be one orthodontic treatment prize awarded through the Zach Elementary Silent Auction.
The prize is awarded to the family that places the winning bid according to the Silent Auction’s established bidding procedures.
That family may designate one eligible Zach Elementary student from their family to receive the treatment.
The prize may not be divided among multiple children.
PRIZE VALUE & CASH TERMS
The stated value of the donated orthodontic treatment is $5,000.
The prize:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent
- Cannot be divided among multiple recipients
- Cannot be sold or auctioned again
Seager Orthodontics makes no representation regarding the tax deductibility of the winning bid. Questions regarding charitable deductions should be directed to the Zach Elementary organization and/or the bidder’s tax adviser.
PHOTOS & SHARING YOUR DINO-MITE SMILE
We would love to celebrate our winner!
Any photographs, testimonials, social media posts, or other promotional use involving the winning student or family will require separate permission and appropriate parent/guardian consent.
Participation in photographs or promotional activities is not a condition of receiving the prize.
OFFICIAL PRIZE TERMS
By accepting the prize, the winning family acknowledges and agrees that:
- The prize consists of one complete, comprehensive orthodontic treatment with a stated value of $5,000.
- The prize is available to new patients only.
- The treatment is for one child only.
- The winning family may designate which eligible Zach Elementary student from their family will receive the treatment.
- The winning family must claim the prize and schedule a consultation with Seager Orthodontics by January 1, 2027.
- The selected student must complete a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation before treatment begins.
- Dr. Seager will determine the appropriate treatment plan and timing of treatment based on the student’s individual orthodontic needs and clinical readiness.
- If the selected student is not yet ready for comprehensive orthodontic treatment, Seager Orthodontics will honor the prize until the student is clinically ready for treatment.
- The winner’s choice of braces or Invisalign® is subject to clinical appropriateness.
- Treatment duration and results are not guaranteed.
- Parent or legal guardian consent is required for treatment of a minor.
- Seager Orthodontics’ standard patient and treatment policies apply.
- The prize has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
- The prize cannot be divided among multiple children.
- Any transfer or gifting of the prize requires prior approval from Seager Orthodontics.
- Any services outside the scope of the donated comprehensive treatment may be subject to additional fees.
- Any promotional photographs or testimonials require separate permission and appropriate consent.
- The winning family is responsible for complying with all applicable patient, treatment, appointment, and retainer requirements.
